ab33 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ab33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ab33 platform accessible at ab33.one.
• "Platform" means the ab33 website, its associated subdomains, and all services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Member", "you", or "your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account held by you on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within your Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on any game, live dealer table, sports market, bingo round, or virtual event on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or matched deposit amount credited to your Account subject to specific bonus terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the ab33 Platform. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ab33 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings generated by underage play will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ab33 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or personal details used.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if they change. Providing false information, including false identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The ab33 Platform is intended for use by Malaysian residents. Access and use of the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. ab33 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory.

3. Account Verification and KYC

ab33 is required by its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on Member accounts. KYC procedures may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Verification of identity by way of government-issued photo identification (e.g. Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport).
• Proof of residential address, no older than three months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement).
• Verification of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank statement showing account holder name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by regulatory obligation.

ab33 may request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to submit requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is received and verified. ab33 is not liable for any delays in payment processing arising from incomplete or outstanding KYC documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted via the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit. ab33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. ab33 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its published service level times but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Member initiates a transaction in another currency — for example, USDT TRC20 — the conversion rate applied will be the rate in effect at the time of transaction as determined by ab33. Exchange rate fluctuations are at the Member's risk.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and free spins offered by ab33 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• One bonus per Member, per promotion, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated.
• All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering) requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is satisfied.
• Bonuses expire within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• ab33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Prior notice will be given where reasonably practicable.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets, low-risk wagering patterns, or using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the game or on the relevant sportsbook market. General betting rules applicable across all sections of ab33 include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ab33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly provided under cash-out or edit-bet functionality where available.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest error in pricing, ab33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' wallets. This applies equally to live casino, slots, and sportsbook products.
• ab33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion. This includes the imposition of stake limits on individual accounts or markets.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Wallet in real time upon settlement of the relevant round or event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, ab33's records and the records of its licensed game providers shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction.

7. Responsible Gaming

ab33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming on its Platform. Members acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Gaming on the ab33 Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as a source of income.
• Members are solely responsible for their own gaming activity and expenditure.
• ab33 provides responsible gaming tools accessible from the Member account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
• Any deposit limit, loss limit, or session limit set by a Member will take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• ab33 maintains a right to impose mandatory responsible gaming controls on any account where the platform's monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion between Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to the Platform through a Member's financial institution.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been awarded.

ab33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity and to withhold all balances pending investigation. Losses arising from prohibited activity are not refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab33 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ab33 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written consent from ab33 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab33 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or unavailability of games.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ab33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

ab33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ab33.one/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and account administration.

12. Amendments and Termination

ab33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ab33 will notify Members via the contact details held on their account or via a notice published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

ab33 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination for cause, ab33 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab33 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a Member and ab33, the Member is encouraged to contact the ab33 support team in the first instance via live chat to seek a resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures of ab33's licensing authority before initiating formal legal proceedings. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.
